Job Summary

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to generate new business, manage client accounts, and achieve sales targets in line with company objectives.

You will identify customer needs, present tailored printing and packaging solutions, prepare quotations, and coordinate with production, design, and quality teams to ensure client satisfaction. You will serve as the key link between clients and the company, driving revenue growth while building long-term relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in printing, packaging, and related services.

  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through proactive account management.

  • Meet or exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.

  • Prepare accurate job estimates and quotations in collaboration with production and costing teams.

  • Follow up on quotations and convert them into confirmed orders.

  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality service.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.


Requirements

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (required).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2–4 years’ sales experience, preferably in printing, packaging, or B2B service industries.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of printing processes and products.

  • Exhibit strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Show goal-oriented, persuasive, and resilient behavior.

  • Communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).

  • Demonstrate strong organizational and client management skills.

  • Possess the ability to read, analyses, and interpret client requirements accurately.
