Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
-
Conduct financial needs analysis to design and implement customized financial plans aligned with clients’ goals.

Achieve sales and advisory targets through effective planning, organization, and time management.

Proactively build and maintain a customer base by presenting Petra’s innovative products and providing professional advisory services.

Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on activities and performance.

Identify opportunities for revenue growth and recommend suitable strategies.

Guide clients through the decision-making process, demonstrating strong product knowledge and customer-centered service.

Regularly review clients’ portfolios to assess the need for plan adjustments due to life changes, economic conditions, or financial performance.

Conduct competitor analysis to inform strategies and improve service offerings.

Perform other duties relevant to the role as assigned.
Qualifications
-
First Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years post-national service experience in sales, preferably in the retail space.

Self-confident, self-motivated, and proactive.

Strong selling, persuasion, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and nurture client relationships.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Analytical, organized, and effective at planning and time management.

Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience in Ghana.
