Job Summary
MSI Ghana invites applications from qualified, experienced, and values-driven professionals for the position of Office & Fleet Manager.
The Office & Fleet Manager oversees administrative operations and fleet management to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient organizational operations. The role provides strategic leadership in managing office facilities, logistics, vehicles, and general administration while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, donor regulations, and applicable Ghanaian laws.
Key Responsibilities
The Office & Fleet Manager will:
Oversee the daily administrative operations of the organization to ensure efficient office management.
Manage and maintain the organization’s fleet to ensure vehicles are safe, compliant, and operational.
Coordinate logistics, transportation, and operational support for staff and organizational activities.
Ensure proper maintenance, servicing, and documentation of all vehicles and fleet assets.
Supervise administrative staff and support service providers where applicable.
Manage office facilities and ensure a safe, well-maintained, and functional working environment.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and relevant Ghanaian regulations.
Maintain accurate administrative and fleet management records and reports.
Support procurement, asset management, and operational planning where required.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:
Relevant academic qualifications in Business Administration, Logistics, Transport Management, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience managing administrative operations and fleet systems in a professional environment.
Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities.
Knowledge of fleet management best practices, vehicle maintenance processes, and safety standards.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a mission-driven and fast-paced organizational environment.
