Role Overview

The Call Center Representative – Warehouse serves as the primary point of contact between the warehouse and Kumasi branches. The role requires timely communication, accurate information sharing, and effective resolution of inventory-related concerns to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from Kumasi branches promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information on inventory receipts, stock availability, request fulfillment, and delivery status.
  • Handle and resolve complaints related to inventory discrepancies, returns, and unfulfilled requests.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved inventory issues to warehouse supervisors or relevant departments.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken.
  • Generate daily reports on call volume, complaint resolution rates, and inventory-related queries from Kumasi branches.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management Studies, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills in English and Twi.
  • Show proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities, patience, and the capacity to manage high call volumes effectively.
