Position Summary

The Sales Manager will lead sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and expand the company’s market presence in Kumasi and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will develop sales strategies, manage client relationships, and guide the sales team in achieving business targets while ensuring excellent customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

  • Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in fintech, consumer finance, telecommunications, or installment-based businesses.
