Position Overview

The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for the company, providing professional and courteous support to clients, visitors, and staff. The successful candidate will manage front desk operations, handle administrative tasks, and ensure a welcoming and organized office environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars for management.

  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and office environment.

  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and documentation.

  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

  • Provide information about the company’s products, services, and processes to clients and visitors.

  • Handle inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.


Educational Requirement

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4 years proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in customer service roles.

  • Proficiency in local languages (Twi, Ga, Hausa, Ewe) is a strong advantage.
