Role Overview

Zonda Tec Ghana Ltd seeks a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to manage core human resource functions, with a strong focus on recruitment and compliance. The successful candidate will support talent acquisition, employee administration, and regulatory processes, including expatriate quota and permit management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with Ghanaian labour laws and internal HR policies
  • Coordinate expatriate quota applications and work permit processing
  • Support employee relations and address HR-related concerns professionally
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and performance management processes
  • Prepare HR reports and provide insights to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with management to support workforce planning and development

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4–6 years’ experience in an HR role, with proven experience in recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labour laws
  • Experience managing expatriate quota systems and permit processing
