As part of our team expansion, we are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for our guests and ensure a pleasant and professional front desk experience.

Position Overview

The Hotel Receptionist manages front desk operations and provides outstanding service to guests. The successful candidate will welcome visitors, handle reservations, respond to guest inquiries, and ensure smooth daily operations at the reception area.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and provide professional front desk services.
Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Handle reservations, bookings, and guest inquiries through phone, email, or in person.
Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Maintain guest records and update booking systems accordingly.
Address guest concerns promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

Educational Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with booking or reservation systems will be an advantage.
