We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Stock Manager to oversee inventory management across our bar, restaurant, and event operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock control, minimize losses, and support smooth operational performance.

Position Summary

The Stock Manager will manage inventory processes, maintain accurate stock records, and implement effective control systems to support daily hospitality operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience managing inventory in a high-volume hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage food, beverage, and operational inventory across the bar, restaurant, and event operations

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts

• Reconcile physical stock with POS and inventory reports

• Monitor beverage inventory, including spirits, wines, and cocktail stock

• Track stock variances and investigate discrepancies

• Implement and maintain internal stock control procedures to reduce shrinkage and loss

• Coordinate procurement and supplier replenishment

• Prepare stock usage, variance, and valuation reports

• Support event-based stock planning, monitoring, and reconciliation

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Stock Manager or Inventory Controller

• Proven experience in bar, restaurant, or beach club operations (mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of stock control systems, shrinkage management, and loss prevention

• Experience managing high-volume beverage inventory

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in inventory management software such as MarketMan, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Odoo, Zoho Inventory, or similar platforms

• Experience with POS-integrated inventory systems

• Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
