We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead enterprise sales growth, particularly within the Financial Services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new customer acquisition within the Enterprise segment, focusing on high-value and high-potential accounts.
- Develop and execute growth strategies for existing customer accounts to increase market penetration and revenue.
- Lead and manage a sales team to deliver end-to-end telecommunications solutions tailored to the Financial Services sector.
- Create and implement customer-specific business plans aligned with Telecel’s product offerings and market positioning.
- Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet customer needs while ensuring profitability.
- Oversee accurate and timely issuance of service invoices and ensure effective payment collection.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through professional communication and active engagement.
- Influence customer decisions using in-depth product knowledge, industry expertise, and consultative selling techniques.
- Collaborate with internal teams (deployment, technology, finance, product, and customer service) to deliver customized solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure adherence to best practices in deal structuring and sales governance.
- Partner with leadership and HR to support talent development, coaching, and performance management initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (required).
- Master’s degree in Management or related discipline (preferred).
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within telecommunications or ISP services.
- Demonstrated success in customer acquisition, account growth, and revenue generation.
- Strong track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage diverse stakeholders.
- High level of business acumen, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, financial management, and operational execution.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
