We are seeking an experienced and proactive Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and timely delivery.

Position Overview

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee sourcing, procurement, inventory management, production planning, and distribution activities. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the role plays a critical part in maintaining quality standards while driving operational efficiency across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with garment manufacturing and retail operations.
• Oversee procurement of fabrics, trims, and accessories from local and international suppliers.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials, finished goods, and retail stock to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinate logistics, including transportation of materials to production sites and finished goods to clients and retail outlets.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and retail teams to forecast demand and align supply plans.
• Monitor supplier performance and lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain and procurement team to achieve high performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• 7–10 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics, preferably within the garment, textile, or retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain best practices, inventory control, and procurement strategies.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing and retail environment.
