Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Sprayers/Painters to join our team. The ideal candidate will actively carry out surface preparation and painting tasks, ensuring high-quality finishes while maintaining safety and efficiency in all operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming materials before painting.
• Operate spray equipment and apply paint or coatings evenly and accurately.
• Mix paints and coatings to achieve the desired color, consistency, and finish.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain and clean spraying equipment regularly.
• Follow all safety procedures and use protective equipment appropriately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Report any defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns promptly.

Requirements

• SHS, HND, or Diploma qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in spray painting or industrial painting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good understanding of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a proactive work attitude.
