Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Benshaw Operator to manage and operate Benshaw control systems and related equipment. The ideal candidate will actively ensure smooth operations, maintain equipment efficiency, and support overall production performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Benshaw systems and associated equipment efficiently.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues promptly.
• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Maintain accurate operational records and logs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.

Requirements

• SHS, HND, or Diploma qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience operating Benshaw systems or similar equipment.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
