Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Technical and Machine Operator to support production operations. You will operate and maintain machinery efficiently while ensuring strict adherence to quality, safety, and hygiene standards.


Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Perform all operations in line with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Work Instructions
  • Maintain strict adherence to personal and team safety standards at all times
  • Ensure excellent housekeeping by keeping equipment and work areas clean and hygienic in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP standards
  • Apply First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principles and ensure material usage follows standard recipes and target limits
  • Execute equipment start-up, operation, cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and shutdown processes
  • Perform center lining, changeovers, and basic maintenance activities on assigned equipment
  • Monitor and control operational parameters to ensure optimal machine performance
  • Maintain accurate documentation to support traceability and compliance

Qualifications and Experience

  • Hold an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field
  • Demonstrate at least 2 years of production experience, preferably within the food manufacturing industry
  • Possess practical knowledge of production line operations
