Role Purpose

The Sales Representative creates a welcoming and engaging in-store experience by delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining high standards of store presentation. The role ensures efficient day-to-day retail operations while contributing to a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner.
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries about products and services.
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
• Restock shelves and displays to ensure product availability and attractive presentation.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role (required).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic numeracy skills with attention to detail in handling transactions.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move around the store as required.
