Job Summary

The Recruitment Officer will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts, assesses, and hires high-quality candidates. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong psychological insight, maintains strict confidentiality, and engages effectively with candidates and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates using various recruitment channels.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ suitability.
  • Apply psychological acumen to understand candidate behavior and cultural fit.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and engagement.
  • Observe and assess candidate responses and behaviors during interviews.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is an advantage.
  • Strong psychological acumen with the ability to assess candidate behavior.
  • Excellent active listening and observation skills.
  • Exceptional communication and engagement abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
