JOB DESCRIPTION: HR, ADMINISTRATION & EXECUTIVE SUPPORT LEAD (FULL-TIME)

Position Overview

Docutech seeks a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven HR, Administration & Executive Support Lead to oversee human resources functions, manage administrative operations, and provide strategic executive support to the Managing Director.

The successful candidate will create a structured, efficient, and people-focused work environment while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and strong organizational alignment.


Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Management

  • Lead recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage employee records, performance management processes, and staff development initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement, welfare, and organizational culture initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Executive Support (Managing Director)

  • Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Managing Director.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and key engagements efficiently.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate communication between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.

Administration

  • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage office systems, supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Implement processes that improve operational workflow and productivity.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping systems are maintained.

Corporate Events & Marketing Support

  • Plan and coordinate corporate events, meetings, and internal programs.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including brand visibility and communications activities.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to execute company events and campaigns successfully.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR, administration, or executive support roles.
  • Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Proven ability to effectively support senior executives.
  • Good understanding of corporate communications and event coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
