Position Overview
Docutech seeks a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven HR, Administration & Executive Support Lead to oversee human resources functions, manage administrative operations, and provide strategic executive support to the Managing Director.
The successful candidate will create a structured, efficient, and people-focused work environment while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and strong organizational alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee records, performance management processes, and staff development initiatives.
- Support employee engagement, welfare, and organizational culture initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Executive Support (Managing Director)
- Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Managing Director.
- Manage schedules, meetings, and key engagements efficiently.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate communication between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Administration
- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage office systems, supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Implement processes that improve operational workflow and productivity.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping systems are maintained.
Corporate Events & Marketing Support
- Plan and coordinate corporate events, meetings, and internal programs.
- Support marketing initiatives, including brand visibility and communications activities.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to execute company events and campaigns successfully.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR, administration, or executive support roles.
- Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to effectively support senior executives.
- Good understanding of corporate communications and event coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
