Location: Spintex, Nungua, Teshie, La, or Ashaiman

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Account Officer to manage accounts receivable processes and support financial operations. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate reporting, effective credit management, and strong financial controls within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable processes and ensure timely collections
- Prepare and analyze aged receivables reports to monitor outstanding balances
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with reporting standards
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Monitor and enforce credit control procedures
- Interpret and defend accounts receivable statements when required
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and controls
Required Skills
- Apply strong numerical and analytical skills in financial analysis
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of financial reporting principles
- Show in-depth knowledge of accounts receivable and credit management
- Prepare and interpret aged receivables analysis accurately
- Utilize reconciliation techniques and manage customer accounts effectively
- Understand accounts receivable processes, controls, and compliance requirements
- Communicate financial insights clearly and confidently
Education
- Hold an HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field
- Possess at least Level 2 certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG)
Work Experience
- Demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience
