Job Summary

Oak Plaza Suites is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead and oversee the financial operations of the organization. The successful candidate will ensure financial integrity, support strategic decision-making, and drive efficient financial management practices in line with organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance to ensure business sustainability
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements
  • Develop and implement effective financial controls and procedures
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making
  • Supervise and mentor finance team members to ensure high performance
  • Manage tax planning, filings, and compliance requirements
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue improvement

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, ICA, CIMA) is highly desirable
  • Proven experience in a finance management role, preferably within hospitality or a related industry
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
