Job Summary
Oak Plaza Suites is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead and oversee the financial operations of the organization. The successful candidate will ensure financial integrity, support strategic decision-making, and drive efficient financial management practices in line with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance to ensure business sustainability
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements
- Develop and implement effective financial controls and procedures
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making
- Supervise and mentor finance team members to ensure high performance
- Manage tax planning, filings, and compliance requirements
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue improvement
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, ICA, CIMA) is highly desirable
- Proven experience in a finance management role, preferably within hospitality or a related industry
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
