Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will combine culinary expertise with strong leadership to deliver outstanding dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Plan, prepare, and present high-quality dishes that meet our standards of excellence.
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the kitchen.
• Contribute to menu development and special event planning.
• Support cost control measures while maintaining food quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Requirement: Degree or HND in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in a professional kitchen or supervisory culinary role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Professional communication skills with a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
