Role Overview

We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Dispatch Riders to support our delivery operations. The successful candidates will ensure timely and safe delivery of items while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver packages, documents, and items safely and efficiently to designated locations
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
• Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain necessary acknowledgments
• Ensure proper handling and care of items during transit
• Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers
• Maintain the assigned motorcycle in good working condition

Qualifications & Experience

• Possess a valid rider’s license
• Demonstrate practical experience in riding a motorcycle
• Show the ability to read and follow basic instructions or directions
• Maintain punctuality and reliability in daily duties
• Present a friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance
• Communicate effectively in English and local languages
