Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and customer-oriented Sales & Shop Officer to manage daily shop operations and drive sales performance. The successful candidate will create a welcoming shopping environment, engage customers effectively, and contribute to the growth of the business through excellent service and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a positive in-store experience
• Promote products and drive sales through effective communication and product knowledge
• Manage daily shop operations, including merchandising and stock organization
• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the shop
• Support inventory management, including stock tracking and restocking
• Assist with social media sales and online customer inquiries
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of SHS Certificate; a Diploma is an added advantage
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or a fashion store is preferred
• Basic knowledge of social media sales is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
