Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team in Accra. The successful candidate will manage client interactions, enhance customer satisfaction, and support our brand through effective communication and digital engagement. You will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for all clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving client concerns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage and create engaging content across social media platforms
  • Monitor social media channels and respond to messages, comments, and feedback professionally
  • Support marketing and brand visibility initiatives through digital engagement
  • Maintain accurate customer records and reports using MS Office tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Contribute to a welcoming and client-focused environment at all touchpoints

Educational Requirements & Skills

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Demonstrate proven experience in social media content creation and platform management
  • Show strong interpersonal skills with a people-oriented and results-driven approach
  • Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Present relevant educational certifications in your CV

Qualifications & Experience

  • Possess a minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a related role
