EduSpots Ghana is an innovative, community-driven education organization working to transform learning outcomes across underserved communities in Ghana. Founded in 2015, EduSpots operates as a UK and Ghanaian registered charity focused on empowering local people to lead educational change within their own communities.

The organization supports a growing network of community volunteers—known as Catalysts—who establish and run locally owned learning hubs called “Spots.” These spaces provide inclusive, creative, and skills-based education opportunities for children, youth, and adults.

What We Do

1. Community-Led Learning Hubs (Spots)

EduSpots supports communities in establishing and managing learning Centres known as Spots, which are designed and run by local teams.

2. Volunteer & Leadership Development

  • Training local educators (Catalysts)
  • Community Leadership in Education programmes
  • Mentorship and peer learning systems

3. Education Programmes

  • Literacy and digital learning (DigiLit)
  • STEM and environmental education (EcoSTEM)
  • Children’s clubs (EduKidz)
  • Girls’ empowerment initiatives

4. Digital Learning & Innovation

  • EduSpots App for tracking learning and collaboration
  • Distribution of tablets and digital resources
  • Technology-enabled education in rural communities

5. Community Engagement

EduSpots works closely with schools, local leaders, district assemblies, youth groups, and partner organizations to strengthen education systems.
