About the Role

EduSpots Ghana is seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Education to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of its educational programme and learning resources. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, strengthen programme quality, and drive educational impact across the organization’s network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning, delivery, and evaluation of educational programme.
• Design, develop, and oversee high-quality educational resources and learning materials.
• Monitor programme performance and implement improvements to enhance educational outcomes.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to education teams and partners.
• Ensure programme align with organizational goals, educational standards, and best practices.
• Utilize technology and digital tools to support effective learning and programme management.
• Prepare reports, analyze educational data, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen programme effectiveness and reach.

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate:

• A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in education management or a related leadership role.
• Proven experience working effectively in a remote, home-based, or online working environment.
• Strong IT knowledge and digital skills, including the ability to use online collaboration, learning, and project management tools.
• Significant experience in the design and development of educational resources and learning materials.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a remote setting.
