Role Overview

FitRip is looking for a proactive and personable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. The successful candidate will create a warm and professional atmosphere while ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage check-ins, bookings, and membership inquiries efficiently
• Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries promptly
• Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules
• Handle payments and basic administrative tasks
• Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and inviting
• Support the team in delivering an excellent customer experience

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
• Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and scheduling systems)
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
