Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Underwriting/Marketing Officer to join our team in Takoradi. In this role, you will play a key part in managing underwriting processes, assessing risk, and driving insurance marketing initiatives that expand our client base and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate insurance applications and determine risk levels for underwriting purposes.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners.
• Analyze market trends to identify business opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in underwriting and/or insurance marketing.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical and risk assessment capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
