Role Overview

Winrock Business School (WBS) invites experienced professionals to join its faculty as Adjunct Lecturers under a structured, full-time engagement model. In this role, you will design and deliver high-quality learning experiences, contribute to curriculum development, and actively engage with students and industry stakeholders.

Areas of Instruction

You will teach and facilitate learning in one or more of the following areas:

• Business Strategy
• Financial Management
• Marketing and Brand Strategy
• Leadership and Organizational Behavior
• Operations and Innovation
• Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence

Engagement Model

• Full-time engagement with adjunct faculty responsibilities
• Module-based teaching structure
• Hybrid delivery model, including in-person sessions in Accra and online learning

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, practical, and high-impact lectures
• Facilitate interactive learning sessions and discussions
• Develop and update course materials in alignment with industry trends
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with academic teams to enhance program quality
• Contribute to thought leadership and academic excellence at WBS

Qualifications & Experience

• 5–10 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven expertise in at least one of the specified subject areas
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Prior teaching, lecturing, or corporate training experience is an advantage
