Job Summary

Bayview Village is seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist to join our team full-time. The successful candidate will craft high-quality beverages, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and contribute to a lively and inviting bar environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity
• Design and recommend signature cocktails that enhance the brand experience
• Engage customers warmly and provide excellent service at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in line with health and safety standards
• Manage bar inventory, including stock control and ordering supplies when necessary
• Ensure compliance with all beverage regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for guests

Requirements

• Degree or HND in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a reputable establishment
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, ingredients, and beverage trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
