Job Summary

Bayview Village is seeking a vigilant and professional Security Officer to join our team full-time. The successful candidate will ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the premises to ensure only authorized entry
• Conduct regular patrols to maintain safety and prevent security breaches
• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances
• Provide a visible and approachable presence to reassure guests and staff
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations consistently
• Report and document all incidents, observations, and security concerns accurately
• Collaborate with management and team members to maintain a secure environment
• Assist guests with directions and general inquiries in a professional manner

Requirements

• SHS, HND, or Degree qualification
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a security role, preferably in hospitality or a similar environment
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Physical fitness and alertness
