Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic General Manager – Operations & Administration to lead our Cold Store Division. The successful candidate will oversee all operational and administrative activities, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and the highest standards of quality across the division.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for operations and administration in the Cold Store Division.
• Oversee financial management, accounting, and internal control systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Drive operational efficiency, process improvements, and performance optimization.
• Mentor and guide teams, fostering a culture of professionalism, discipline, and accountability.
• Monitor operational KPIs, risk management, and auditing processes.
• Collaborate with senior management to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in cold store operations, FMCG, or a similar industry.
• Strong background in accounting, finance, and auditing; professional certification is an advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership, maturity, and sound judgment; must be 50 years of age or above.
• Proven track record in managing internal controls, operational compliance, and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
