Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Officer to join our dynamic team in Accra. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities to drive informed business decisions.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies.
  • Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and investment activities.
  • Coordinate audits, liaise with external auditors, and implement recommendations.
  • Provide financial insights and strategic guidance to senior management.
  • Mentor and support finance team members to strengthen operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
  • Professional certification: ICAG, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
