Job Summary

Telecel Ghana is seeking a dynamic and results-driven SME Regional Sales Manager to lead SME business growth within the assigned region. The successful candidate will actively develop and execute sales strategies, expand market share, and build strong relationships with SME clients to drive revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SME sales strategy execution within the assigned region to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of SME and enterprise clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and design effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with SME customers and key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and upselling of telecom and ICT solutions.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate regional sales teams to achieve performance goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales leadership within telecoms, ICT, or enterprise solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SME market dynamics and customer segmentation.
  • Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior executives.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
