ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Officer to support transport operations and ensure efficient coordination of logistics activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, optimizing fleet performance, and ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external service providers.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the creation and processing of all freight orders within the SAP TM module.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle movement to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with service providers to ensure the timely return of vehicles from maintenance and workshops.
  • Provide daily updates on vehicle uptime and downtime to support operational planning.
  • Liaise with Transport and Finance teams to ensure real-time and accurate booking of logistics expenses.
  • Monitor FTN records for all drivers and ensure timely and accurate data entry.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • First degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant work experience in logistics or transport operations.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and word processing tools.
  • Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
