Research Assistant – Office of the CEO (Full-Time)

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and professional Research Assistant to support the Office of the CEO. You will conduct research, prepare reports, and provide strategic insights to support executive decision-making.
You will work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment that requires accuracy, discretion, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on business, economic, and policy-related topics
- Prepare high-quality reports, briefs, and presentations for the CEO
- Analyze data and synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights
- Support strategic planning and decision-making processes
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist in drafting official correspondence and executive communications
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as required
- Manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines with accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- Completion of National Service (mandatory)
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong research, analytical, and report-writing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
