Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and professional Research Assistant to support the Office of the CEO. You will conduct research, prepare reports, and provide strategic insights to support executive decision-making.

You will work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment that requires accuracy, discretion, and strong communication skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on business, economic, and policy-related topics
  • Prepare high-quality reports, briefs, and presentations for the CEO
  • Analyze data and synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights
  • Support strategic planning and decision-making processes
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assist in drafting official correspondence and executive communications
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as required
  • Manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines with accuracy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Completion of National Service (mandatory)
  • 2–3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong research, analytical, and report-writing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
