Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Inventory & Client Service Officer. In this full-time role, you will actively manage stock operations, support order fulfillment, and ensure customers receive excellent service experiences while contributing to smooth day-to-day business operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records regularly
  • Track customer orders and monitor shipments to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Coordinate inventory movements to support efficient store operations
  • Optimize inventory systems and processes for improved accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist in resolving stock-related issues and discrepancies
  • Support the delivery of outstanding customer service experiences
  • Respond to client inquiries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with sales and store teams to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inventory management
  • Proven track record in customer service and client satisfaction
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Proficiency in using basic inventory or record-keeping systems is an advantage
