Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Inventory & Client Service Officer. In this full-time role, you will actively manage stock operations, support order fulfillment, and ensure customers receive excellent service experiences while contributing to smooth day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records regularly
- Track customer orders and monitor shipments to ensure timely fulfillment
- Coordinate inventory movements to support efficient store operations
- Optimize inventory systems and processes for improved accuracy and efficiency
- Assist in resolving stock-related issues and discrepancies
- Support the delivery of outstanding customer service experiences
- Respond to client inquiries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales and store teams to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inventory management
- Proven track record in customer service and client satisfaction
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proficiency in using basic inventory or record-keeping systems is an advantage
