We are seeking motivated and hardworking Factory Hands to join our production team in Ho. In this role, you will actively support daily factory operations, ensure smooth production processes, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Assist machine operators in day-to-day production activities.
• Perform packaging, labeling, and basic product handling tasks.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the production area by carrying out routine cleaning tasks.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and operational protocols at all times.
• Support smooth workflow across production lines to minimize downtime.
• Handle materials carefully to prevent damage or contamination.
• Report equipment faults, safety hazards, or operational issues to supervisors promptly.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets.

Qualifications & Competencies

You should have:

• A minimum of Senior High School (SHS) Certificate.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual work in a production environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to follow instructions.
• A responsible attitude toward safety, hygiene, and workplace discipline.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
