Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Sales Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. You will actively generate sales, build customer relationships, and support market expansion efforts within assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products within assigned territories
- Generate new leads and convert prospects into customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular market visits to identify opportunities
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and reports
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
- Valid driver’s license with proven driving skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and lead generation skills
- Experience in FMCG sales is an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
