Job Summary

The Sales Executive drives revenue growth by promoting hotel services, with a strong focus on events and corporate business. The role builds and manages client relationships, identifies new business opportunities, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business development for hotel accommodation, events, and related services.
  • Manage and grow existing client portfolios to maximize revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Coordinate closely with operations and events teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and partners.

Qualification Required & Experience

  • Possess a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in hotel sales or a related field.
  • Demonstrate experience in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events), with a strong focus on events.
  • Show a proven ability to drive revenue and build lasting client relationships.
  • Exhibit strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
