Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented General Services Officer to join our team in Accra on a full-time basis. You will oversee and coordinate general services functions, including procurement, facilities management, and vendor relations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.

You will play a key role in maintaining a safe, functional, and well-managed work environment that supports business continuity and employee productivity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day facilities operations to ensure a safe and efficient workplace
  • Coordinate procurement activities in line with company policies and best practices
  • Source, evaluate, and manage vendors to ensure quality service delivery
  • Monitor service contracts and ensure compliance with agreed standards
  • Oversee maintenance, repairs, and general office services
  • Support budgeting, cost control, and reporting for general services activities
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support operational needs

Qualifications and Experience

  • Hold a Degree or HND in Purchasing & Supply, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Have 3–5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, procurement, or general services
  • Demonstrate proven experience in procurement and vendor management
  • Possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Exhibit effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Show a high level of integrity and attention to detail
