Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Delivery Analyst to support the delivery, monitoring, and continuous improvement of IT services. The successful candidate will ensure service reliability, optimize system performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and support service delivery processes to ensure consistent system performance and availability
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using programming or UNIX shell scripting
• Design, implement, and support Micro services-based architectures using Docker and Kubernetes
• Monitor system health and performance using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
• Support deployment and operations within cloud environments including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Manage and optimize database systems including MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis
• Work within Linux-based environments to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to implement testing strategies, including unit and integration testing
• Identify service risks, propose improvements, and drive continuous service enhancement initiatives

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in programming or UNIX shell scripting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in a Micro services architecture
• Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis
• Solid experience working in Linux operating systems
• Understanding of software testing frameworks and methodologies, including unit and integration testing
