Role Overview

Spektra Global seeks a Site Engineer to oversee on-site construction activities and ensure that projects are executed in line with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards. You will coordinate site operations, supervise contractors, and ensure timely and efficient project delivery while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans and specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate implementation on site.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor construction progress and report updates on timelines, quality, and site performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on all project sites.
• Conduct site inspections and verify quality of materials and workmanship.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and provide practical solutions during construction.
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
• Support project planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Ability to read, interpret, and implement technical drawings accurately.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic engineering software such as AutoCAD.
