Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will actively engage customers, promote products and services, and drive revenue growth through effective communication, relationship building, and consistent follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market
- Engage prospective clients and present products and services with confidence and clarity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities
- Provide timely feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and customer experience
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
Requirements
- Tertiary Certificate (Diploma or Degree preferred)
- Minimum age: 25 years and above
- SHS Certificate acceptable for applicants above 30 years without a Degree, Diploma, or HND
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated passion for sales and customer engagement
- Willingness to learn, receive coaching, and grow within a performance-driven environment
