Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Class 6 Teacher who actively delivers high-quality instruction and fosters a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment. The successful candidate will guide pupils through their final primary year, preparing them for smooth transition to higher education levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver effective, well-structured lesson notes for Class 6 learners
• Teach core subjects using active, learner-centered teaching strategies
• Assess pupils regularly and track academic progress
• Prepare pupils for internal and external examinations
• Maintain a disciplined, supportive, and welcoming classroom environment
• Design learning activities that strengthen critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Maintain accurate academic records and report progress to school management and parents
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning outcomes
• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Education
• 1–2 years of teaching or relevant administrative experience
• Must reside in or around Kasoa
• Strong passion for child development and effective learning outcomes
• Ability to prepare lesson notes and assess pupils accurately
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive and welcoming learning environment
