Role Overview
We are seeking proactive and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Office Assistants & Customer Service Representatives. You will support daily administrative operations while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Office Assistant Duties
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Maintain an organized office environment to support efficient operations
- Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities
Customer Service Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate and helpful information
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and customer-focused approach at all times
- Process customer orders, requests, and follow-ups in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ proven experience in customer service or a related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Good problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm, composed, and professional under pressure
