Role Overview

We are seeking proactive and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Office Assistants & Customer Service Representatives. You will support daily administrative operations while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

Office Assistant Duties

  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Maintain an organized office environment to support efficient operations
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities

Customer Service Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate and helpful information
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and customer-focused approach at all times
  • Process customer orders, requests, and follow-ups in a timely manner
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 1–2 years’ proven experience in customer service or a related role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Good problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm, composed, and professional under pressure
