Role Overview

BRAC Ghana Savings & Loans Ltd is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Social Performance Associate to support the implementation and monitoring of the organization’s social performance initiatives. The successful candidate will help ensure that our services create measurable positive impact while aligning with our mission of financial inclusion and community development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of social performance management (SPM) frameworks and initiatives
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret social performance data to assess impact and inform decision-making
  • Assist in tracking key social indicators, including client outreach, satisfaction, and well-being
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on social performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support field teams in integrating social performance standards into daily operations
  • Conduct client surveys, assessments, and field visits to gather insights and feedback
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and global social performance standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen client-focused service delivery
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing social impact

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Sociology, Education, Psychology, Development Studies, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in the development sector, preferably within microfinance
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Good communication and report-writing abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Passion for social impact and financial inclusion
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
