Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Property Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will drive property sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the execution of strategic marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in promoting our brand and delivering value-driven real estate solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales and Marketing to develop and execute sales strategies that achieve organizational revenue targets.
- Implement sales and marketing initiatives effectively, utilizing company resources to meet corporate objectives.
- Support the development of the annual marketing budget.
- Promote property sales through effective marketing, lead generation, and conversion across multiple channels.
- Achieve monthly sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals while adhering to reporting requirements.
- Identify new opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels to enhance visibility and generate leads.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, acting as the main point of contact.
- Provide clients with updates on payments, project progress, and investment opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client records and build a strong pipeline of prospective leads.
- Propose and implement customer retention and acquisition strategies, including events and presentations.
- Present purchase offers, negotiate pricing, and advise clients on market trends and legal considerations.
- Promote properties through advertisements, listings, and other marketing platforms.
- Assess client needs and financial capabilities to recommend suitable property solutions.
- Collaborate with real estate agents to ensure successful deal closures.
- Represent and promote the company’s brand with professionalism and excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Professional certification in Advanced Marketing is an added advantage.
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and sales processes.
