Role Overview

Aqua Scape seeks a motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven Shop Sales Associate to support daily retail operations. The successful candidate will engage customers, promote products, and contribute to achieving sales targets while ensuring a welcoming and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide excellent in-store service
• Assist customers in selecting swimming pool products and accessories
• Promote and upsell products to achieve sales targets
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
• Maintain proper product displays, shelves, and store presentation
• Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to management
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information confidently
• Support overall store cleanliness, organization, and efficiency

Educational Requirement

• Minimum of Senior High School Certificate or equivalent
• Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role
