Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Cake Decorator to join our bakery team. In this role, you will design and decorate cakes and baked products to meet customer specifications while supporting inventory management and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Decorate cakes, cupcakes, and pastries according to customer requests and design specifications
• Create visually appealing designs using icing, fondant, and other decorative materials
• Manage inventory of ingredients and decorating supplies to ensure availability at all times
• Prepare decorative elements in advance for efficient production workflow
• Maintain consistency in product quality, presentation, and finishing standards
• Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of decorating tools and workstations
• Support the baking team during peak production periods when required
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures at all times

Qualification Required & Experience

• Previous experience in cake decorating or pastry design is an advantage
• Formal training in baking, pastry arts, or related fields is desirable but not required
• Strong portfolio or demonstrable decorating skills will be considered an advantage
