Role Overview
The company seeks a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to manage client interactions and ensure a seamless service experience. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, in-person)
- Manage and maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner
- Provide detailed product and service information to customers
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and issue resolution
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Maintain high service standards aligned with the company’s brand values

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or HND in a relevant field
- Proven experience in customer or client service roles
- Proficiency in CRM tools for managing customer interactions and records
